Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of checkout.

 

Return/Exchange Policies & Procedures: Since these items are custom-made, specifically for you, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  We recommend reviewing the Size Chart attached to each product before purchase.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Item Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with the product quality, material, performance (within the scope of normal use), or imprint, you may email a claim to Customer Care within 30 days of initial receipt of the product.  All claims must include a copy of the original packing slip (where applicable) and reference your Order Number.  Match-Up will request photos and/or collect the unused product in the original packaging (with original tags still attached where applicable).  Customer Care will inspect all products and original packaging before making the final determination as to whether the purchase will be replaced, credited or no action taken depending on our judgment of the product's state.  Please note that any wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use of the product will void any warranties, expressed or implied.

Damaged Goods: If goods are damaged upon delivery, please save all packaging for claims purposes. Our carriers and/or Match-Up will request photos and/or collect the unused product in the original packaging. You may be entitled to full credit or product replacement. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

 

Procedure: Please email Customer Care for instructions for all instances noted above.  All claims must include a copy of the original packing slip and reference your Order Number.  We require documentation regarding what is being returned, why, and what action is needed. The Order Number must appear on all packages and related documents.  Merchandise must be unused to be considered. Customer Care will inspect all products and original packaging before making the final determination as to whether the purchase will be replaced, credited or no action taken depending on our judgment of the product's state. Please note that any wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use will void any warranties, expressed or implied.
